“Viento – SEVILLE FROM NAPLES TO … IN BUENOS AIRES” WITH FLAMENCO TANGO NEAPOLIS NAPLES TO MASCHIO ANGIOINO

Tuesday, August 5, 2014, at 21:00, Flamenco Tango Neapolis, the art project Salvo Russo, will be staged in Naples with the show “Viento From Naples to Seville … in Buenos Aires” in the evocative setting of the Angevin.

Flamenco Tango Neapolis is an exciting art project, created in 2009 and directed by Salvo Russo (musician and composer Neapolitan), which combines flamenco, Argentine tango and the Neapolitan musical tradition in an original mixture of styles.
The musical ensemble consists of a quartet of multi-instrumentalists Neapolitan musicians: piano, cello, guitar, violin, Arabian oud, percussion and two voices that portray the colors of Naples, mixed with those of Andalusia and South America in a context enriched the magic of the baile.
Viento” is the title of the new show Flamenco Tango Neapolis, a journey in music from Naples to the discovery of an “other” South, its traditions, his energy and his emotions.
