EXCELLENCE BELLS, WITH USA IN MILAN

America has met the exquisite tastes of a dinner bell prepared in the name of tradition with a look to the future. Chefs Antonio Tubelli and Sal De Riso enchanted with a “puree of tomato Piennolo Vesuvius” capacity to accompany a “marinated squid and pappacelle Neapolitan”, a “pacchero to tomato yellow and flakes Carmasciano”, a pork tenderloin Caserta sauce Giffoni hazelnuts. To close, a lemon delight sfusato Amalfi and basil ice cream.

Dinner Bell Restaurant at the James Beard, the American restaurant opened in the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele and visited by the same Michelle Obama during his visit to Milan a month ago, was organized by the ‘food Excellencies bells of Naples that exported’ the land of good ‘at the Expo in Milan and in the States.
