DEBUT AT THE CONCEPT OF BEIJING NISSAN SEDAN FOR CHINA
Strongly rooted in China through a joint venture with Dongfeng and Zhengzhou Nissan will present at the upcoming Auto China 2014 will open on April 20 Beiijng a concept that foreshadows a middle-class sedan destined to that important market. Designed by the Japanese style center that has in China, the NDC ( Nissan Design China) in cooperation with the Nissan Global Design Center ( NGDC ) this car – which has not yet been provided the name – it incorporates many of the elements of language styling highlighted by the latest concept from Nissan exposed to the great salons of the past few months. The designers led by Shiro Nakamura, senior vice president and chief creative officer of Nissan, have taken ‘ signs ‘ and stylistic elements already seen in Sedan Concept – exhibited at the Detroit Auto Show last January – and Friend- ME , launched in 2013 , with a ‘ updated ‘ linked to the new tastes of Chinese consumers , especially from the point of view of connectivity and infotainment . This new sedan sporty design is expected the presence of the most advanced interconnect technologies . The car could revive the revolutionary large central display – already seen in the Friend- ME – which extends from the dashboard to the rear seats.
At the Nissan stand will also be exhibited in Beijing a celebratory version of the Teana sedan , which ‘ celebrates ‘ 10 years after its launch in China, and the new generation of SUV X- Trail, which has just been launched in the market and that will be on sale in the next few days.
