We had dinner at the restaurant of Carlo Cracco in Milan, in Via Victor Hugo: long Chinaples if you really wanted to understand this would be an extrasensory … as said by many or not. Food obviously superlative. Starting with the appetizers initials: a tray with a number of “leaves” hot chips: a bit ‘of fiorillo, a green leaf, a sheet of rice, a squid ink, and anchovies delicious breaded … to open the stomach. Then the small delicacies: a kind of sandwich with brown bread with delicate salmon eggs with a cocoa bean, green or soft bread with a piece of bacon and a pistachio … So delicious. Always among the sfizioserie the cloud to the smell of capers, a delicate polenta with shrimp and liquid parts of flowers. As an appetizer we chose the scallops and delicate at the same time tasty.
