MILAN EXPO: HALL OF CHINA OPENS A May 2015
Since June this year the China Pavilion at Expo Milano 2015 will kick off with the construction works and it is expected that will be open to the public in May 2015. The news was announced on March 31 in Beijing during the press conference on the draft of the Chinese Pavilion at the Expo in Milan.
As learned, Expo Milano 2015 will place great emphasis on agriculture, food and groceries. The Chinese Pavilion, designed by the Institute of Fine Arts of Tsinghua University, the theme will be “Fields of hope springs of life” and will occupy an area of 4,590 square meters, the second largest foreign self-built pavilion. This is the first participation of the China World Expo abroad with a pavilion of its own construction.
