” The Spanish Naples – fusion of peoples and taste ” is the name of the event weblog Villa Santa Caterina D’Angelo , who has spent an evening with a fascinating land , rich in treasures , a tribute to Hispanic tastes with a menu created by Chef Fabio Bisanti , catering consultant for Alta and John Morra Chef D’Angelo St. Catherine. The evening began with a cocktail of Pata Negra ham and a selection of salami with pepper and spice company Vanllon and Tortilla de patatas accompanied by the typical Sangria and Codornìu from sparkling Cava Brut and Rosé Cava , followed by Salt cod vizcaína , Paella mixta , Cochinillo asado , churros con chocolate . But Spain is also rhythm, and this evening caliente could not miss the quintessential Spanish dance : Flamenco . Flamenco music, authentic Andalusian music , which accompanies every night celebrations in the streets of Barcelona. Flamenco is an explosion of rhythm , excitement and energy bursting .
