“LORO DI NAPOLI” IN SHANGHAI: A COMPARISON OF SUCCESSFUL ENTREPRENEURS

A successful weblog Italian Consulate in Shanghai and ICE, istituto per il commercio estero: is in progress the mission to Naples in Shanghai, an event which brings to the attention of Chinese entrepreneurs the Neapolitan excellence. Organized by the Industrial Union, the workshop has met with great care especially for the tourism sector. The napoletanitá of excellence has been well illustrated by the Consul General of Italy Vincenzo De Luca and the Director of the ICE Shanghai Claudio Pasqualucci. The data presented on Italy are very interesting, especially in the field of gastronomy: in Shanghai there are 200 Italian restaurants, 70 of whom are Italian and 50 Italian chefs who work in the cosmopolitan Chinese city. For sure the most popular dishes are those of Naples: pizza, spaghetti and pasta. Many interesting aspects of this ongoing mission: Chinaples tell them all.
