SHANGHAI CALLS NAPLES
Who says that Naples is messy, chaotic does not know Shanghai: scooters whizzing uses sidewalks, a helmet every 30-40 motorcycles, clothes hanging on the balconies of the main streets. not to mention the crossings: when it is green for pedestrians is likely the same as in Shanghai because there is no obligation of precedence in the turns: the cars have almost always right … and for the poor pedestrians is really hard.
