Shenzhen Marisfrolg Fashion Co. , a leader in the Asian market pret- a’ -wear and high-end Italian fashion house announced that they have reached an agreement for the transfer of ownership of the Fashion Division of Krizia in company with headquarters in Shenzhen. Krizia and Shenzhen Co. Marisfrolg state that the practices of formalization of the agreement are still ongoing and that the formalization is expected by April 2014.

Shenzhen Marisfrolg Fashion Co. Ltd. was founded in 1993 by Mrs. Zhu ChongYun , which created a financial empire based on her passion for fashion and design. Zhu ChonYun will serve as chairman of the board and creative director of the fashion house in Milan. The debut of his first collection at Milan Fashion Week is scheduled in February 2015.
