THE CHEF STELLATO CARLO CRACCO TO THE REGGIE OF CASERTA: SHOW COOKING WITH ROSANNA MARZIALE

Combine the culinary school of Milan with the typical Caserta and Campania territories. These are the first ingredients used by chefs Carlo Cracco with Rosanna Marziale during the show cooking organized at the Reggia of Caserta. The successful evening with a live performance behind the stoves, in front of a parcel of 300 guests, was promoted by Caserta Auto Selection, Mercedes-Benz’s official concessionaire for the first stage of Be Unique. Cracco prepared for the guests a preserved risotto made with an ad hoc recipe, the result of collaboration with Rosanna Marziale, chef of the Colonnas of Caserta who helped him throughout the evening.
Before the show cooking, the famous Lombard chef visited the apartments of the Reggia of Caserta and the royal gardens accompanied by the chef casertana.
